Great customer service, was recently contacted by their in-house interior designer Teresa who was doing some PR follow up. I mentioned I needed something rectified and she acted on my request immediately very responsive and the 2 service guys Ben & Simone have the best "Can Do" attitude. Very pleased with the furniture and quality. You can really tell the difference between nice designer items and cheap imports. Our family room lounge is the best and most relaxing piece ever. Highly recommend them, they have quality items and our friends always commend how good our home is furnished. Thanks Milano Team.

I ordered a few pieces of furniture for our new house and we are very pleased with them. The staff were very helpful with colours and ideas, in fact they go above and beyond with their whole interior design service and are very helpful with their knowledge of products.
Although there was a little delay in delivery due to the COVID, Michelle in logistics arranged everything nicely. Their delivery team were also amazing, competent and very polite.

I have bought a few pieces of furniture from Milano over the years and the service has always been great. The furniture Milano imports are from renowned Italian manufactures. The quality can be clearly seen in the craftsmanship and design of the pieces in the showroom. The prices are very reasonable compared to similar Italian furniture stores out there. I would highly recommend Milano furniture for anyone who appreciates design and high end quality furniture with A class service.
