When I first visited their shop in the Military road I was impressed by the quality and the style of their products, but the quality of their delivery and costumer service was very bad. My experience with this company is been very stressful, frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

When they arrived at my place to deliver my bed they realised just when the bed was almost built that they were missing the leather cover, which they guarantee me that they would have it ready in 3 days, and that night I was ready to sleep in my bed anyway even without the cover. (The cover arrived after a month).

It was quite upsetting considering that I payed the full price already, to have just 3/4 of the product. But this is a minor issue, at a certain point during the assembly process I realised that one of the 2 technicians were bleeding from his shin. I look at the side bed and it was looking like if someone decapitated a chicken on it, without exaggerating.
They guaranteed me that they were goring to replace it with a brand new one.

So I called the company manager Rina Watts and she said something really wrong and embarrassing for the company that she is working for. She offered me a full cleaning service for the damaged part. After this sentence that she said I thought straight away that she should change job and go to do something more appropriate for her level of professionalism.

After that I told her that I needed that bed part changed ASAP because I couldn’t sleep on it with someone’s blood on it. She was able to give me her availability just on the time that was more convenient for her without having any concerns about my schedule or availability. The message that she gave me was ( we really want to help you, but on our time and conditions ). I’ve been bugging her to come later in the afternoon but she was cold as an ice cube saying that that wasn’t her problem if I couldn’t make it by that time.

I never received a costumer service this bad ever in my whole life. After paying this product a considerable amount of money you aspect a great costumer service. Not at all, what a way to ruin the branding of the “Made in Italy”.

I want to remind to Fanuli that “Made in Italy” is not just about the quality of the product that you sell, but it is also the quality of the service for delivery, assembling, costumer services in case of special needs or emergencies and how you present yourself to your customers. I believe that you should improve your training methods to your employees and remind them that when they work they have to look after the walls of the room where they’re working and not walking on it.

Nice quality of product (just a middle quality for Italian standards just to be clear). Extremely overpriced just because overseas.

I will never buy from you again.

We have used Fanuli Furniture to re-furnish our apartment after a complete renovation. We've walked the streets of both Sydney and Melbourne scouring for funiture that suit us and the way we live. We should have saved our time and gone straight to Fanuli Furniture. A large range of quality furniture and fantastic service. My advice, when you've finished looking, go to Fanuli.

Here's the thing about Fanuli... when you know, you know!

I feel like people spend so much money on furniture that they think is "high-end" or good quality. But the reality is, they are just being fooled by marketing and clever Instagram influencers. So much of the furniture market is poorly made and cheap as chips to make in China, and retailers are selling it with massive mark-ups and frankly ripping people off. They are pretending their product is something that it is just not!

Introducing Fanuli which is the oppositive of all that. Fanuli is genuinely high end, well made, quality (all Italian or Australian designed and made). And, yes you pay for it, but it's worth it. You get what you pay for. The crazy part is that in many cases, it is no more expensive than those other supposed 'high end' furniture retailers. I don't shop for furniture anywhere else!

Do yourself a favour and check them out. They are really lovely people too!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They made me feel not just unworthy of their furniture, but almost a thief who is ready to steal something from them.
In addition, I took a photo of one small table with the idea of ​​showing it to my wife and discussing a potential purchase later on. A man (manager or owner, not sure) came upstairs and gave me a lecture in front of my 80y old father on how taking a picture was not allowed. His approach was abrupt, disrespectful and I felt embarrassed for no particular reason. Even my father felt embarrassed.
Regarding the furniture, fake luxury, average quality and overpriced! You can find much better furniture around this area for the same money but better quality.
These people are not worth my money and I do not recommend this showroom and company.

My long standing 20 years working relationship with Fanuli Furniture says it all. The Staff are wonderful, their product knowledge is exceptional with every consideration to space planning and attention to my client's needs.

Fanuli brings to Australia the latest designs from Milan,
(which I would not normally be exposed too) as well as their locally manufactured furniture to the highest of quality.

I would highly recommend Fanuli Furniture to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience in furnishing their home.

We love the furniture that we purchased from the Fanuli Family over two years ago. It is such a joy to sit on our most elegant and comfortable dining chairs with our family and friends, and hear comments on how they love the chairs. We also bought a beautiful lamp which is unique and exceptional. The Fanuli team was so helpful, providing experience and expertise to find just the right fabric, style and colour. A wonderful exhibition of beautiful high-quality stylish Italian furniture.
The staff who are interior designers are helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and are genuine. A great shopping experience.
